Career transition, financial literacy and growth mindset
Strategic career planning
An experiential workshop for anyone planning a new professional path, returning to the labour market or wishing to give a new direction to what they already do. Career transition is approached as a complex decision with three dimensions:
- Professional. Mapping skills, values and options with a Personal SWOT Analysis, time and task management.
- Financial. Financial literacy, money archetypes, a transition budget and a security plan.
- Mindset. The way we deal with uncertainty, risk and decision.
The workshop addresses all three systematically, so that every participant completes the cycle with a concrete and realistic plan and the digital tools that support it.
Who it is for
- People changing professional direction, by choice or by necessity.
- People returning to the labour market after a break.
- People redesigning their role or field within the same workplace.
- Professionals considering their own venture.
How we work
The methodology is based on neuroscience and cognitive-behavioural practice. Each meeting combines experiential and interactive learning with modern methods, tools and case studies, creative techniques such as role plays, quizzes, live polls, storytelling and games, and practical application with trial, feedback and personal follow-up. We learn to use artificial intelligence and to make use of the digital tools we need at every step.
What you take with you
- A Personal SWOT Analysis and a map of your skills, values and interests
- A personal transition plan with steps and a timeline
- A transition budget and a financial security plan
- A system for managing time and tasks
- The ability to create your own digital tracking tool, with the help of artificial intelligence
What you need in order to take part
A stable internet connection, a camera, a microphone and a quiet space. The material for each meeting is sent electronically.
The two cycles
Cycle A, Mapping and plan. We start from the self: Personal SWOT Analysis, skills, values, interests. We continue with the options: mapping alternative paths and decision criteria. We move to finances: money archetypes, transition budget, income during a period of change. We close with the plan: goals, steps, timeline, time and task management.
Cycle B, Implementation. We apply the plan step by step and adapt it in practice. We go deeper into financial literacy: saving, risk management, the relationship with money. We develop transition skills: negotiation, networking, presenting yourself. With the help of artificial intelligence we create a simple digital tool to track our plan, such as a board of goals, deadlines and budget. In the final meetings we assess what worked and what needs to change, and shape the plan for the next period.
The modules are indicative and are adapted to the needs of each group. Cycle B requires Cycle A. Registration is per cycle and you can stop whenever you wish by letting us know.
At the end of the cycle
The cycle ends with each person presenting their plan to the group and a certificate of participation.
How you start
- You express your interest through the form.
- We call you, to get to know each other and answer your questions.
- You take part in the introductory meeting, without a contribution.
- You complete your registration for the cycle through a personal link and choose your contribution.
How the group works
The group forms during the first two meetings and then closes. Registrations are accepted up to and including the second meeting of the cycle. From then on the composition stays the same, because trust and shared work are built meeting by meeting.
