1. Who we are

Collectiva Diversità is a cultural and creative initiative hosted by H.A.N.D.S. (Hellenic Autoimmune Neuropsychological Diseases Society), a non-profit civil law company based in Keratsini, Attica, Greece, General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) no. 186635307000. Until the association is founded, the data controller of your personal data, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019, is H.A.N.D.S. ΑΜΚΕ.

For any matter concerning your data you can contact us at [email].

2. What data we collect and why

Workshop registration form. Full name, email address, mobile phone, the workshop you choose, the solidarity contribution you declare, the fields that interest you and, if you fill it in, your message. We use them to record your participation, to send you the confirmation and the details of each meeting (date, online link or venue) and to contact you about anything concerning the workshop.

Expression of interest form. Full name, email, mobile phone, the workshop you are interested in, your preferred time slot for a phone call and, optionally, what led you to the workshop. We use them to call you and to send you your personal registration link.

Preparation questionnaire (only for the workshop "From me to us"). When you express your interest we ask you to answer a few questions about your experience of groups, whether you receive support from a mental health professional and the current period of your life. The answers may include health data, which is a special category of data. We process them only with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR), solely for the phone call that follows, the preparation of your participation and the safety of the group. They are read only by the facilitator of the workshop and are deleted when the cycle ends. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.

Contact form. Full name, email and your message, so that we can reply.

Updates. If you opt in, we use your email to inform you about new workshops and events. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our messages.

Technical data. The hosting server automatically records, for security reasons, the IP address and browser type of each visit. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not linked to your name.

3. Legal basis

Registration and contact details are processed because this is necessary for your participation in the workshop or to answer your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Sending updates is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Security logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Solidarity contribution and payments

Solidarity contributions are paid to H.A.N.D.S. ΑΜΚΕ through the Viva Wallet platform (Viva Payment Services S.A.), which acts as an independent controller for your payment data. Our website neither collects nor stores card details. Viva Wallet's privacy policy applies to the processing of payment data.

5. Who has access

Only the organisers of Collectiva Diversità and, to the extent required, the management of H.A.N.D.S. ΑΜΚΕ have access to the data. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Technical providers that process data on our behalf under contract: the website and email hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc.), Viva Wallet for payments, and the video-conferencing platform used for the online meetings, which you will be informed about with your confirmation. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer is based on adequacy decisions of the European Commission or its standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep the data

Registration details are kept for up to twelve months after the workshop ends, so that we can inform you about its continuation, and are then deleted. Details linked to contributions are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Contact messages are kept for up to twelve months. Details for updates are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, as well as to object to processing or withdraw your consent. To exercise your rights, write to [email]. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifissias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).

8. Security

The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Data is stored in a protected environment accessible only with a password, and the forms are protected against automated submissions.

9. Minors

The workshops are addressed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data of minors. If we become aware of such data, we delete it.

10. Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary cookies. Details in the Cookie policy.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update.

Different paths. Shared creation.
